Be Quick Electromechanical was responsible for the complete MEP execution of the SANIMED Laboratory, a state-of-the-art medical and diagnostics facility in Abu Dhabi. The project required high-precision environmental control, advanced electrical infrastructure, and specialized plumbing solutions to ensure compliance with stringent healthcare and laboratory standards.
Key Deliverables:
🔹 HVAC & Air Quality Control – Installation of HEPA filtration, temperature & humidity regulation, and pressure-controlled rooms to maintain lab sterility and optimal working conditions.
🔹 Electrical & Low Voltage Systems – Design and implementation of structured cabling, redundant power supply, and automation systems for laboratory operations and safety.
🔹 Specialized Plumbing & Drainage – Integration of chemical-resistant piping, deionized water supply, and neutralization systems to handle biohazardous waste.
🔹 Fire Safety & Suppression Systems – Deployment of FM200 gas-based fire suppression, emergency lighting, and alarm systems in compliance with healthcare safety regulations.
